14th October 2012,
The class was scheduled at
Lalbagh, double road entrance was the location to assemble. I was there at the entrance at 9:15am, Venu
was already inside lalbagh, Mrs.Shamala
was waiting at the entrance, I told her to go inside and work, just a minitue after I saw Mr. Natarajan, we
chatted for a while, some more participants joined us. I sent them all inside one by one and told them to sketch. By 10 most of them had come and some were yet
to come.
The sketching session was on the
hill top and Water colour session was down near the botanical centre, they had
a fantastic view of the Kempegowda tower on the hill.

On the hill top senthil took
round to check what the students are doing, he corrected them one by one and
told them to work more, some of them had done too much details, where he
instructed them to simplify as it is too early to take up too complicated
views. Some of them also experimented
with charcoal. Down the hill Venugopal demonstrated his students, following his
instruction everybody produced a beautiful landscape. Some had doubt which was cleared to them.
They all
had some happy moment, eating raw mangos,
cucumbers
and discussed on their
sketches and drawings.
The sketching
session ended at 12:30pm as it was too hot on the hill.
Later I called them to join with water colour
group.
Some of them continued sketching
while some interacted with water colour group and
Ranganath member of Pencil Jam who was also at lalbagh for
sketching.
